The whole week was so beautifully crafted and as the activities & flows built in each other, my expansion was continual.

The visit to the caves were fabulous. The simple presence of all women participating and supporting each other ALL within the week. I loved the "Keening" ceremony, the cold plunge, the breathwork...the meals together...

Amanda was outstanding during ALL that she created during this Retreat, weaving a magical experience to all, facilitated from her heart, her womb, her divine guidance.

As the facilitator, she was also a powerful model in 'caring for self', and she was fully loving and supportive to all of us. Her guidance was so beautiful and supportive to my soul.

Anam Croi is a jewel... the accommodations were perfect for this Retreat, simple although complete, great and nurturing food, the location held beautifully all our needs and the Retreat flows needs, the staff were extremely supportive, nurturing and heart guided.
